How we protect and use your data

Review the essentials on collection, purposes, rights, sharing, and security when using SimpleStockly. Save this reference and check back whenever updates are announced.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account and authentication: name, email, phone, and credentials required to secure access.
  • Business information: company profile, products, categories, inventory, suppliers, and pricing used to calculate margins.
  • Operational data: sales, purchases, stock adjustments, alerts, goals, and configured notifications.
  • App usage: navigation data, device, OS, date/time, and technical events for performance monitoring (not used for cross-app tracking).
  • Support: messages, attachments, and other data needed to handle requests.

2. Purposes of processing

  1. Manage user accounts and permissions per collaborator.
  2. Operate inventory, cost, margin, and financial flow features.
  3. Personalize alerts, reports, and recommendations to support decisions.
  4. Monitor stability, fix issues, and prevent misuse.
  5. Comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
  6. Provide support, answer questions, and communicate relevant updates.

3. Tracking and advertising

We do not use App Tracking Transparency because we do not track users across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers or share data for ad targeting, and we do not collect precise or coarse location.

4. Data sharing

We share data only when necessary with providers that deliver infrastructure, cloud storage, analytics, or support; integrated partners chosen by you; and public authorities upon legal request. We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and retention

We use cloud providers with servers in Brazil or in countries with legislation compatible with the LGPD. Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request deletion of data, subject to applicable legal bases.

6. Data subject rights

In line with the LGPD, you can confirm processing, access information, request corrections, seek anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data, obtain portability, revoke consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

7. Information security

We implement technical and administrative measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration, including encryption in transit, access control, and continuous monitoring. No system is fully immune to risk, so we encourage strong security practices by users.

8. Use by collaborators and roles

Business administrators define who can view or edit each module in the app. It is the administrator's responsibility to revoke access for former employees and keep data up to date.

9. Legal bases

We process data under LGPD grounds such as contract performance, compliance with legal or regulatory duties, exercise of rights, legitimate interest, and, when required, consent.

10. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints can be sent to contact@simplestockly.com or through the support channel available in the app.

11. Updates to this policy

We may revise this document to reflect legal, operational, or feature changes. When relevant changes occur, we will notify users through appropriate channels and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after publication indicates agreement with the revised terms.

Security and compliance best practices

Revoke access for former staff and adjust roles regularly.
Enable strong authentication methods and safeguard credentials.
Review third-party integrations and permissions granted in the app.
Follow notifications about changes to this policy or the terms.
For questions, requests, or to exercise rights under the LGPD, use the in-app channel or email contact@simplestockly.com.

Keep the acceptance date of this Policy and monitor communications about updated versions. Continued use after a change is communicated indicates agreement.

This Policy complements, and does not replace, any specific contracts signed with SimpleStockly. In case of conflict, the most recent or most specific instrument prevails.
